Huidbeschadiging door het gebruik van medische zelfklevende producten of hulpmiddelen (MARSI) is vaak te voorkomen. Het kan zich voordoen bij alle leeftijdsgroepen en in alle zorgomgevingen, maar wordt soms onvoldoende herkend1-4. Dat kan tot verschillende complicaties leiden, zoals pijn en een verhoogd risico op infectie.
